Creating an account or using BestAIVideo means that you accept these Terms for the website, accounts, AI image and video tools, credits, and related services (the "Service"). Please read our Privacy Policy as well. You must be at least 18, or the legal age of majority where you live, and able to make a binding agreement.
Provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and tell us about suspected unauthorized access. You may not share, sell, transfer, or use an account to bypass access, credit, payment, moderation, rate, or usage limits. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
The generation tools are an orchestration layer over independent provider systems. Depending on the route you select, a request may cover text-to-video, image-to-video, text-to-image, image-to-image, or another supported workflow. Provider capacity, safety screening, accepted input types, processing time, model controls, and the quality of the returned media can all vary. BestAIVideo may retire, replace, or revise a model, setting, route, or feature as the Service evolves; an option shown today is not a promise of continued availability.
Generated media is an automated prediction, so it may contain mistakes, omissions, offensive material, or similarities to work made for someone else. It may also fail to fit your intended use. You are responsible for examining each result before you publish, sell, share, or rely on it. BestAIVideo makes no commitment that a result is unique, flawless, delivered by a particular time, or protected by copyright, trademark, publicity, or another legal right.
You retain rights you already hold in prompts, uploads, references, and other material you submit. You represent that you have permission to use each input, including any person’s face, voice, likeness, trademark, or copyrighted work. You are responsible for the instructions you provide and for how you use the result.
To run and protect the Service, you give BestAIVideo and its provider partners a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to handle the material you submit and the resulting outputs. That permission covers hosting, copying, transmission, processing, technical modification, display, and retention when reasonably needed for delivery, security, troubleshooting, moderation, service improvement, legal compliance, or enforcement of these Terms. It does not transfer your underlying ownership rights.
When you mark a generation public, BestAIVideo may select it for an available gallery, showcase, feed, share page, search result, or promotional placement. Publication is optional and no public item is guaranteed a listing. If it is shown, the visible record may contain the media, prompt, chosen model and settings, task details, links to references, and information from your profile.
Private mode limits intentional listing on public discovery surfaces. It does not mean end-to-end encryption, dedicated infrastructure, immediate physical erasure, or that BestAIVideo and its providers cannot access the material for authorized operations. Previously issued URLs or third-party copies may continue to work.
Do not use the Service to break law, infringe rights, exploit minors, create fraud, harassment, malware, impersonation, or unsafe content; to upload data you lack permission to use; or to evade safeguards, moderation, rate limits, payment controls, credit rules, or account restrictions.
We may review prompts, uploads, and outputs through automated systems or authorized personnel for safety, abuse prevention, support, and service integrity. We may block a task, limit visibility, remove content, suspend an account, preserve records, or report conduct when reasonably necessary.
Your available credit balance is a service entitlement, not a bank balance. The confirmation screen gives an estimate for the recipe you selected, including the model route, running time, dimensions, sound options, reference material, and other controls. Reopening that recipe with different settings can produce a different estimate, so check it again before submitting. Credits cannot be paid out, transferred, or traded, and their expiry or return is governed only by the rules displayed in the Service. If the system confirms that a task failed, it may put the reserved amount back automatically; successful or completed work has no guaranteed adjustment. Decisions about another attempt should therefore use the estimate and the actual task outcome, rather than a promise made elsewhere.
You authorize the payment provider to charge the price, currency, and taxes shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew for the disclosed interval unless you cancel before the next billing date. Cancelling renewal normally leaves paid access active until the current period ends and does not create a prorated refund.
Except where law or the purchase terms require otherwise, completed purchases and consumed credits are non-refundable. A payment reversal or chargeback may lead to unused-credit revocation, subscription termination, account restriction, and review of the dispute.
BestAIVideo and its licensors retain rights in the Service, software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable right to use the Service. They do not grant rights to a third-party model, provider, software, or brand.
Deleting a generation removes it from active history and marks its task record as deleted, but it is a soft deletion. Database records, sources, outputs, logs, caches, backups, and provider copies may remain for operation, security, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, accounting, legal obligations, and maintenance. Soft deletion does not cancel a submitted task.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access, restrict content, or limit features if you breach these Terms, create legal, payment, security, or operational risk, or if the Service is no longer commercially or technically feasible. Termination does not erase obligations that should survive termination.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” BestAIVideo disclaims warranties not required by law, including uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, and suitability of generated content.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestAIVideo and its affiliates, personnel, licensors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, credits, or generated content. Aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount paid to BestAIVideo for the Service in the preceding 12 months or USD 100, except where liability cannot legally be limited.
We may update the Service or these Terms as products, providers, and legal obligations evolve. We will post material changes and update the effective date. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the agreement between you and BestAIVideo for the Service, except for additional terms shown for a particular feature or purchase.
