This Privacy Policy describes how BestAIVideo ("BestAIVideo," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you visit our website, create an account, use AI image or video tools, buy credits, contact support, or use any related service (the "Service"). It is written for the actual workflow: a brief, reference media, model settings, a generation task, and an output may all belong to one production record.
We receive technical information such as IP address, browser and device type, language, referring page, timestamps, approximate region, and events needed to keep the Service secure and understand basic product use. Cookies or similar storage may preserve sign-in state, attribution, preferences, and security controls. You can restrict cookies in your browser, although some account and generation functions may stop working.

To complete a generation, BestAIVideo sends the prompt, selected controls, and the reference files required by the selected route to the AI provider used for that task. Different model providers can have different retention, safety, and regional-processing terms. Review the provider terms before uploading confidential material.
We also use infrastructure, database, object storage, payment, email, analytics, customer-support, and security providers. They may access information only to provide services to us, follow our instructions, meet security requirements, or comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Generation requires an account. A public generation may be eligible for a future or current sharing, showcase, search, or promotional surface when the product provides one. Public status does not guarantee that an item will be displayed. Depending on the surface, displayed details can include the output, prompt, selected model and settings, task parameters, reference links, and profile name or image.
Private mode is a visibility choice, not a promise of isolated infrastructure or immediate physical deletion. Private files still pass through the AI, hosting, storage, security, and other providers required to complete the task, and an earlier issued URL may continue to work. Do not mark confidential material public.
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, maintain generation and payment records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet accounting, security, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the record and its purpose; we do not promise one universal deletion deadline.
Deleting a generation from the product is a soft deletion. It removes the item from ordinary active views and marks its task record as deleted, but database records, logs, caches, backups, uploaded sources, generated files, and provider copies may remain. Soft deletion does not cancel a task that has already been submitted.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures for access control, transport, storage, monitoring, abuse prevention, and incident response. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials private and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
BestAIVideo and its providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Their privacy and data-protection rules may differ. Where applicable law requires safeguards for an international transfer, we will use the required mechanism.
Depending on your location, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal information; object to or restrict processing; withdraw consent; or appeal a privacy decision. We may need to verify your identity and retain a record of the request. You can also manage available account, visibility, notification, and cookie settings.
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information so we can investigate.
The Service may link to third-party sites or model documentation. Their practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.
We may update this policy as the Service, providers, or legal obligations change. We will post the revised version here and update the effective date when a change is material.

When you submit a job, the application validates the selected mode and stores a production record linking your prompt, references, settings, credit reservation, and task identifier. The task worker sends only the fields and files required by that model route to the configured provider, then polls for status and records the returned media URL. A preview is served with the product watermark when the workflow requires it; the original output and preview can have different URLs and retention behavior. Deleting the record hides it from the ordinary history view, while scheduled cleanup and provider retention follow the purposes and limits described above. If a provider fails before a usable result is returned, the service can mark the task failed and restore credits according to the account rules. This flow lets support trace a result without asking you to resend the original prompt or upload.
